Tim Higgins is a Pabst Brewing Company shill and member of Best of the Worst's third-string squad. Higgins is a Milwaukee-area humorist, ordinarily meaning one who does or says funny things by design, ostensibly. For Higgins, it means unwitting self-abasement during daily blackouts.
With bench players and even regular starters concocting increasingly far-fetched excuses to escape film sessions with alarming regularity, a desperate Mike Stoklasa dredged the local improv scene's odious depths for someone—anyone—with a pulse to plug into the Best of the Worst lineup. That someone-with-a-pulse, only just, was Tim "Three Sheets" Higgins. In his mere handful of appearances, Higgins has consumed more alcohol on set than all other hosts combined throughout the series' entire run, including the 2018 Halloween Spooktacular. The results are what one would imagine.
The addition of Higgins, who is 1/80th Chippewa, further expands the blossoming diversity among the Best of the Worst roster (along with Scottish-Canadian Jim from Canada and WASP-Canadian Colin from Canada).
Higgins has also played numerous bit roles such as "Goon" and "uncredited" in throwaway skits on Stoklasa's Siskel & Ebert-esque cinema review series.
