"RoboCop" is the seventh episode of the fourth season of film review web series Half in the Bag, and 66th episode in the series overall. The episode aired February 13, 2014 on Blip[1][2] as the first of two episodes focusing on the RoboCop franchise.
In this episode, Mike and Jay try to distract a police officer from his investigation by talking about the 1987 dystopian science-fiction film, RoboCop.
Plot[]
Hoping to get Plinkett's settlement, Mike and Jay have stored Plinkett's dead body in the back of their VCR Shop in order to pull off a Weekend at Bernie's, but the decomposing body has begun emitting a terrible odor. When Officer Rich Klasowski arrives to investigate the source of the odor, Mike and Jay distract him by talking about RoboCop. The discussion only briefly sidetracks the policeman from his duty, so they also invite him to see the 2014 RoboCop remake.
Summary and Review[]
“ So, I don't think RoboCop, the original, really needs much of an introduction. —Jay Bauman”
