Patton Oswalt (January 27, 1969[nice] — August 6th, 2019) is an established comedian and upper-B-list actor who made his first and final Best of the Worst appearance in Episode 81: Plinketto #8.

The episode featured Twin Dragon Encounter (1986) on the Plinketto board. Red Letter Media's copy of Twin Dragon Encounter was obtained by Jack Packard at a gentlemen's parlor in Thailand. Episode 81: Plinketto #8 marked the film's fifth appearance on the board but, as on previous occasions, it was not selected for viewing. The gang finally hand-selected Twin Dragon Encounter to feature in a non-gimmick episode, Episode 93, in which it was chosen for destruction over American Rickshaw (1989; voted "Best of the Worst"), Phobe: The Xenophobic Experiments (1995; viewing abandoned), and Infested (2002). The VHS cassette, bisected by two-man crosscut saw,[1] would later be scientifically reconstituted by Professor Colin from Canada[2] in Best of the Worst Episode 103.

Twin Dragon Encounter stars real-life twin martial arts masters Martin and Michael "Mick" McNamara; Mick McNamara also wrote and produced the film. It is the first of three films by the McNamaras, the second being Dragon Hunt (1990), a direct sequel to Twin Dragon Encounter which featured on Best of the Worst Episode 103. Mick McNamara has refused to publicly release their third film, The Real Twin Dragons (2003; previously titled Right to Fight), until such time as his list of demands is met by the government of Canada.[3] In the interim, Mick has pursued a career in rap music[4] and written the autobiography Mick, to be released alongside his fourth film, Mick, an upcoming docudrama recounting Mick's decades-long conflict with Canada.

During the filming of Dragon Hunt, the McNamara twins secretly fed roadkill bear to the cast and crew.[5]

Oswalt is married to a lady and has one daughter.
