The third season of movie review series Half in the Bag premiered September 21, 2012 and concluded August 16, 2013. The season consists of 22 episodes and aired on the RedLetterMedia site and movie trailer site HotButteredPopcorn.[1]
Mr. Plinkett grows wise to Mike and Jay's scam, but develops dementia and an addiction to meth. Having inherited the VCR Repair Shop from their boss, Mike and Jay experience a boom in business when hipsters embrace the VHS medium. Mr. Plinkett's house is targeted for demolition by the City of Milwaukee.

Production[]
Production of season three coincided with various film projects, such as the remastering of Gorilla Interrupted, the restarted production of Space Cop, and the shooting of new Mr. Plinkett segments for Alexandre O. Phillipe's Doc of the Dead.
New sets created for Gorilla Interrupted were reused in episode "Evil Dead". Mr. Plinkett's house set was disassembled to make room for the Doc of the Dead and Space Cop sets.
