"Evil Dead" is the thirteenth episode of the third season of film review web series Half in the Bag, and 50th episode in the series overall. The episode aired April 7, 2013 on Blip.[1]
In this episode, Mr. Plinkett reads a mysterious book made of human flesh, which plunges his house into Hell.
Plot[]
As Mike and Jay start their evening shift at Mr. Plinkett's house, Mike feels uneasy, but Jay dismisses Mike's concerns. Mr. Plinkett returns from the library with a flesh-bound book discovered in an abandoned shack, which he reads aloud on the toilet. Plinkett's house sinks into Hell and Plinkett himself becomes possessed by a Kandarian demon. Wielding a his trusty axe, Mike finally turns from schlub to hero.

The scenes of Hell featured in the episode were used in the 2013 remaster of Gorilla, Interrupted. The episode was filmed and edited between April 5[2][3] and April 7.[1]
